Project R&R (Repair and Rescue) – Repair of Buildings and Resettlement

More than 3,500 houses have been destroyed in Kharkiv since the beginning of the war. Of these, 500 high-rise buildings are not subject to reconstruction. As a result, more than 150,000 Kharkiv residents remain homeless.

We have created a project, as part of which we create housing options for people. We are engaged in the reconstruction of non-residential but habitable buildings for the purpose of further resettlement of people who have nowhere to live due to military actions and their consequences on the territory of Ukraine.

10 full-fledged design projects have already been developed across the country.

The first object is already in the works in the urban-type settlement of Kolomak. The settling of the first group of displaced persons is coming soon!
