What was your life like before...

Before the start of the full-scale war I lived an ordinary life, worked as an operator at a gas station, made plans for the future, completed training in permanent makeup and aesthetic cosmetology, and dreamed of opening my own business. I had a stable place to live and a familiar circle of friends. My younger son was born during the war... After the forced relocation I had to start everything anew, look for new ways to make a living and adapt to new living conditions.

How does this affect your everyday life?

Because of my child's health I am unable to work full time. According to the medical advisory commission's conclusion, the child needs home care and special attention. Although sometimes he attends kindergarten, it is irregular because of frequent illnesses and the need for treatment. A significant part of our money is spent on medicine, examinations and restoring the child's health. Our family lives mainly on state assistance as a low-income family, but these funds, UAH 1,700, are not enough to cover all the necessary expenses. Constant air raid alerts, explosions and life in wartime create additional stress for me and the child. This affects our emotional state, sleep and sense of safety, and makes everyday life harder. Every day I try to provide my child with proper care, treatment and stability, despite the difficult circumstances.

Your strengths and dreams

Despite all the difficulties, I do not give up and I continue to take care of my children. I am motivated by the desire to provide them with a safe and decent future. I want to return to work in my profession as a cosmetologist, and I dream of a stable income and my own business. And also, I will soon be 40 years old, and I dream of getting a medical education)))

What exactly will the funds be used for?

The funds will go first of all toward the child's food, buying medicine, paying for medical needs and hygiene products. Because of limited finances I often have to choose between various necessary expenses. This help will allow me to provide the child with everything necessary and create more stable and safe living conditions for him.
